Honduran Carpenters

Rich Beckermeyer June 17, 2013

In 2009 Reach Honduras asked us to create imagery and a short film about job development programs at a vocational school located in the city of Santa Barbara. We highlighted several of the student tracks for digital and print distribution channels. In 2009 total enrollment for male secondary students was about 50 percent of the total population able to attend, according to the United Nations. For many, because of the low truancy and graduation rates of male secondary students, the only option is the tourism and service industries. This program gave students the necessary skills to excel in business.
