I learned photography from my father at our home in Niles, Michigan. After receiving a BA in Journalism and Spanish, and a BFA in Photography from Andrews University I worked in Sacramento, Calif. as a photographer and filmmaker for ten years at a variety of non-profits, publications and foundations before moving to Pittsburgh, Pa.
I work as the marketing communications specialist at Fallingwater, a time I consider to be formative in my growth as a visual storyteller. I explore long-term projects about memory, space, time and healthcare.
