Meta-Journalism

Rich Beckermeyer March 18, 2014

Journalism changed overnight while I was studying it in college. Over the years there have been several shows and films to show the inner workings of how news is made. Who can forget the performances from 1976's Network and what George Clooney did in "Good Night and Good Luck" about Edward Murrow. Jeff Daniels has head up the cast for HBO's The Newsroom for the last two years. One of the most recent entries into this category has been distributed on Youtube from PBS Digital Studios starting in February of 2014. Starring and co-produced by Steve Goldbloom and Noah Pink it's Everything But the News. Episode 1 is embedded above. Check it out.
