The Fit Spot in Carmichael graciously opened its doors for our small group yesterday for a couple of hours to do a boot camp session. My friend, Sara did great core and band work. Todd and Steve are beasts. Thanks to Hiromi and her team!

Kind Snacks stopped by the Urban Hive with some treats a couple weeks ago. I had to contain myself to just one bar. It was hard to decide but I finally grabbed a dark chocolate one. It was very flavorful. I was excited to see them at at my local Nugget a week later with Silk Road Soda a few aisles down. Silk Road's cucumber mint flavor is my jam!
